Who doesn’t love a diamond? Diamond rings are so popular for occasions like engagements, weddings, and anniversaries, that some of us forget the diamond is actually the birthstone for the month of April and that you can find diamonds on just about anything. The Greeks believed diamonds were pieces of stars that had fallen to earth. The Romans believed that cupid’s arrows were tipped with diamonds, hence their connection with love.
Obviously diamonds are not in everyone’s price range. You can find beautiful gifts that have real diamonds in a variety of sizes, cuts (princess, round, and emerald to name a few), and carat weight. The size, cut, color, and clarity of the diamond are going to determine its price. Diamond jewelry can range from affordable to extravagant. Diamonds are always an extraordinary gift, no matter what the occasion is.
An alternative to Diamond Jewelry is cubic zirconia jewelry. It is very affordable and can look exactly like diamond jewelry. You can find cubic zirconias or diamonds in rings, necklaces, bracelets, broaches, and earrings. Often, if you are searching for birthstone jewelry, the gems that are used to make it are not natural. They are created gems. This does not make them any less beautiful, or any less wonderful of a gift.

Can’t go wrong with diamonds. Check out more at 212jewelry.com
I have got to also note, that raw diamonds are not to be passed over. They really have character and personality. It’s fine jewelry, but more human..if that makes sense. My favorite place to get jewelry is also the only place in LA that carries Todd Reed..he works with raw diamonds almost exclusively. Beautiful work! I love it! Check him out- alteredspacegallery.com you’ll see what i’m talking about.
I love diamonds but sadly own only a few. Great article.
