When reading Gemisphere.com, you will note that they believe in gemstone therapy. At one time I thought gem therapy was unbelievable, so I ran several experiments to test it for my self. Your experience may differ – but I will show the tests that worked – and the ones that didn’t for me and friends that tried it with me.
Video Explaining Gemstone Therapy Effects
To get started, here is a video from Gemisphere.com explaining how gemstone therapy helped athletes who used these necklaces.
How I Got Started
Back around 1994, I read Gifts of the Gemstone Guardians, a book put out by Gemisphere back then that told tales of Gemstone powers. [Note: their current book is: Gemstone Energy Medicine: Healing Body, Mind And Spirit.] It intrigued me, and I bought some Carnelian bead necklaces.
A Simple Test
At the time my husband had severe allergies. He was on medication daily – and if if ran out, he would wheeze. He looked in so much pain, that I put some carnelian on him. Despite the fact that he didn’t believe in gemstone healing (and had a financial incentive for it to NOT work), his wheezing stopped. We removed the carnelian, and it started again. It was quite amazing to watch. The carnelian would work until i seemed to get to dirty (about an hour), and then needed cleaning. Yet, between times of medications (as they were to not be taken closer than 24 hours apart), it was extremely helpful. It also showed that there may be something to this gemstone healing stuff.
Other Tests
When working on many people, some noticed drastic changes, some didn’t notice much at all. One person had a rash be the result. She seemed to think it was a detox reaction and was very happy over the effect as it “proved” it for her. I wasn’t feeling that generous – but I guess, for her, it worked too. Often people around the person noticed the changes more than the person themselves.
Mental Changes
I have used various stones such as onyx and rhodochrosite to make changes in attitudes easier. The onyx makes it uncomfortable until you change for me – though others may have a different experience. For me, Rhodochrosite seems to just make the change magically happen – everything around you changes until it works.
The End Result
Yes, for me they work. For others, it seems worth a try – but who knows? It may be a simple fix. That all said, all these experiments were done long ago (though I still use them myself). Currently, I get credit towards future purchases if people buy through my link or tell them that Jewelry Mall referred them if you call. If you want to test them, I’d appreciate the referral.
Gemisphere.com is having a 20% off sale on all in stock necklaces until December 30, 2009.
